We have bought and sold multiple homes and worked with realtors before but our perspective is forever changed. We found Megan when we were struggling with an out-of-state home search. Her vast knowledge of the area, community, schools, etc. was priceless to us, since we did not know the area but had very specific requirements around schools and neighborhood. Megan is incredibly responsive, she researched schools to find the very best, she has a true eye for detail and quality, deep knowledge about home values and resale potential, and so much more. We developed a high level of trust in Megan quickly and that put us at ease through what could have been a very stressful process.
